3X 30g

A pour over bag is a filter paper containing 30g of perfectly ground coffee, sealed at the top with brewing instructions on the side.

We invented Pour Over Bags so everyone can make a pour over just like one you’d get in a fancy coffee shop. Only with a pour over bag you don’t need to weight, measure or time anything we’ve done all the hard work for you. All you need to do is cut the top off the pour over bag and then fill with boiled water up to the pour line twice. Then in approx. 2.5 – 3 minutes you’ll have 2 cups of freshly brewed filter coffee ready to drink.

Pour over bags with work with any conical 2 cup pour over. E.g. Hario V60. Size 02

Dry mill at Pangoa cooperative. Single Origin coffee from Peru

Pioneering Producers

Pangoa, which is in Satipo, Junin, Peru, was founded in 1977 and has over 700 members.

The coffee is washed at each farm by the individual farmers, before being transported as parchment to Pangoa. The cooperative’s dry mill is in San Martin de Pangoa and on average produces 34 containers of coffee each year.

We have been working with the team at Pangoa for over a decade and have collaborated on numerous projects with the aim to improve the long-term sustainability of smallholder farming and social equity in the local communities.

This is an easy drinking – sweet, clean and chocolately coffee for sipping all day long.
