JENNY'S OUTDOOR INNOVATIONS PART 3
I found Finisterre looking for a new coat years back, I ended up purchasing from them as the reviews on quality were great and their mentally and ethos was something I liked.
For me swimming in the wilds or just in my local pool really helps to clear my mind and I love that Finisterre have projects to increase the accessibility of the water by recycling wet-suits which isn't widely done at all. They work with their partners at Bodyline to adapt wet-suits – adding zips, gussets, shortening and sealing – to ease people’s entry to the water. They can adapt any suit, for any age and any ability. The Wetsuit Project | Finisterre Foundation
(DON'T) JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER WITH LIBBY
After getting into an Instagram wormhole watching @ez.bookdesign‘s videos, I’ve become a bit obsessed with book covers and the graphic design that goes into them. It reminds me of how we design packaging. Having to grab the reader’s eye with a glace of the shelf and to convey the essence of the product through one image.
I’m really enjoying the style FABER have adopted for their ‘Editions – Books for the future, Rooted in history’ range where they spotlight rediscovered gems with a refreshed cover design.
All this being said, I have just finished an amazing book with an objectively rubbish cover. So, the old saying ‘don’t judge the book by it’s cover’ still stands - although well designed books will still look better on your coffee table.
STARBUCKS CHEESE LATTE ANYONE? - WILL WB
The Starbucks Cheese Latte has been doing an absolute number on my social media feeds recently. I don't know what it is, or why it exists, but I'm 100% sure I'd love to bring one into work and make everyone try it.
"Indulge in the unique flavors of China with Starbucks Cheese Latte. This 270ml latte combines the rich, bold taste of Starbucks coffee with a smooth, creamy cheese flavor. Savor every sip and treat your taste buds to an unforgettable experience. Perfect for coffee lovers and cheese enthusiasts alike."
